Let's say that a comet is on a collision course with Earth... impact time: 3 hours.
With the exception of Armageddon, which DVD do you pop in?
Hypothetical

Justin has some classics in on the list. We need more commentary on WWSG to have a more balanced attack. He's dead wrong.
Look, if you have not seen the movie "Troll 2," you are not in a position to make judgements about what is good and what is bad. It comes in at #7 on IMDB for worst movies.
I may agree with some of Justin's musical tastes, but how can you but Thin Red Line at #2??? It's a masterpiece. I would argue further, but judging by the sound of his gait, I'd say the boss is coming.

More work for Timothy Bottoms
Mike, 9/8/2003 09:10:33 AM
And we thought his career was over when 'That's My Bush!' was cancelled.
Timothy Bottoms portrays George W. Bush and John Henly is a New York City fireman in a scene from Showtime's 'DC 9/11.'

Justin's Claims to Fame

I thought maybe people would become a little more interested in the website if they knew a little more about the man saying what goes...so here's some little known facts about me, that you may not have known, and can't prove are false either...
-You know the style where people where shorts with long sleeved t-shirts? I invented that.
-I was voted most studly male by our high school senior class females in an unofficial survey.
-I played the stunt double for Cheech Marin in the new flick "Once Upon A Time In Mexico" --uncredited.
-I once met Tom Arnold in the snack cake section of Acme.
-Just because I rock doesn't mean I'm made of stone.
-I can unhook a bra (front clasping and back clasping) With a deft flick of one single finger, in under 4 seconds. Any challengers?
-I was once a top Pitching prospect for the Houston Astros before a tragic ankle injury sustained whilst saving poor foreign orphans from a burning building.
More to come!

Dashboard Confessional Concert Review:9/5/03
Justin, 9/7/2003 12:59:16 AM
Well last night, me, Mike, and Irene ventured deep into the heart of New York City to catch Dashboard Confessional. After some parking miscommunication in Hoboken we finally managed to take the train into town and get to the Roseland Ballroom to discover a line that wrapped around the building entirely! So after lounging about, eating bagels, and grabbing a Sprite, we were finally granted entrance into the surprisingly huge building where we were able to catch most of Brand New's amazing opening set.
Having never seen these guys, or even heard more than one of their songs before, I was instantly impressed. They had a powerful hold on their hometown crowd, inciting big fist pumping group sing-alongs to their almost epic emo-punk-whatever rock songs. Especially ass kicking was the intense "Okay I Believe You, But My Tommy Gun Don't", and "Seventy Times 7" complete with an interlude to Taking Back Sunday's "Theres No I In Team".
After the set, Irene explained to us the TBS/Brand New connection, which me and Mike still didn't understand, so we went to the merch stand and I immediately picked up the Brand New CD.
Then it was time for MxPx, which put on a good show. I recognized their new single from the soda commercial, but I was extremely saddened and disappointed in the non-inclusion of "Party, My House Be There", and their cover of "Shout" from the National Lampoon's Animal House DVD.
Then as always, it was time for the main event, Dashboard Confessional. Good show as always, and some of the highlights were Bend And Not Break, Remember To Breathe (featuring the always appreciated single cymbal hit from the drummer), The Good Fight, Saints And Sailors, Rapid Hope Loss, and an out of left field fun cover of Wheatus's "Teenaged Dirtbag". The concert did have a few low points though, in that I could barely see shit, we were standing next to some really annoying ass little kids who kept yelling shit about Carraba's faux mohawk and he was totally totally off-key on "Ghost Of A Good Thing". The crowd also didn't seem to be as into it or sing-along proned, which I guess is one of the things you have to give up when your CD is getting major radio airplay. All that aside, the concert did rule, and Chris of course did come back to encore with a KICK ASS all band instrumental shredding jam, and as always the fantastical "Hands Down" (This song is about the best date that I've ever had...)
All in all a good show. Then we took a stroll through Times Square and had to go through transaction problems with a pizza shop worker who didn't quite understand English or how to exchange money for goods and services...but thats another story.
